In 2008, Raj founded Iyeranium as a company to pioneer a fundamentally different approach to delivering strategic business solutions through the application of technology. He founded the company to provide value for clients through a combination of broad skills, fixed-price approach, speed and reliability, and a collaborative, forthright company culture.

In a unique way Raj shares both the roles of CEO and Animation Director, and his responsibilities ranging from working with clients to setting Iyeranium's overall strategy to fostering the company's internal culture and environment — focused on building Iyeranium's leadership position.

With Raj's guidance, Iyeranium has developed into a leading business and strategy consultancy that helps clients successfully create their brand identity for a sustainable competitive advantage. Kirthy Iyer

Chief Creative Director

Kirthy leads the Iyeranium's Multimedia division. He specializes in 3D animations and gaming technologies. Kirthy's strong skills stretch in the above fields making him versatile in his work. His experience with software applications such as Maya, 3D Studio Max, Macromedia Flash has added a new dimension to the business.

Kristen Tice

Managing Partner

Kristen Tice is part of the senior leadership team and is responsible for the overall operational management of the company including financial planning, budgeting, auditing as well as all operational financial components of Iyeranium's business. In addition, she oversee's the company's legal, information technology, and expansion groups.

Vin Iyer

Vin Iyer joined IYERANIUM as Managing Partner since May 2003.

Vin is Founder & CEO of Texsoco a Textile solutions company, A company that has worked for 8 years in Digital textile printing a unique technology for printing. The company is one of the oldest since the technology came into and is a leader bin Asia. They cover Harwdare, software, CMS(Color management) , Chemistry, Coating, Finsihing, etc.

With his vast Network all over the world and his managerial, technical leadership he helps us establish the direction of various key services, particulary in the Business development, contract structuring, Infrastructure build up, Offshoring Tie ups, Most of our Business models are worked upon by vin to save guard the interest of our alliances & partners.

He has provided the product strategy for building framework using acquired technologies with the company's strategic interests. His experience includes technology and information design, presentations, product development, sales and promotion, operations management, process design, and working with organizations in transition.

Currently Vin is setting up a Knowledge processing company is working on KOP which is in big demand in the USA and Europe.
